PEROVSKITE SOLAR CELL
Long-term stable perovskite solar cell was first reported by Park’s group in 2012, which opened new research area so-called perovskite photovoltaics. We have been doing researches on materials and devices engineering for high efficiency perovskite solar cell. We are developing superb efficiency perovskite solar cells along with long-term stable large-area processing technologies for commercialization.
RESISTIVE MEMORY (MEMRISTOR)
Memristor known as a 4th element in circuit is promising nonvolatile memory. We have been working on organic-inorganic halide perovskite for low switching voltage, fast switching speed and high on-off ratio memristor
X-RAY IMAGING & LED
Organic-inorganic halide perovskite can be excellent candidates for X-ray imaging and LED materials. We are developing halide perovskite films for extremely high sensitivity X-ray imaging system. We are also involved in very bright LED devices based on organic-inorganic halide perovskite, where we are developing very high EQE LED materials.
